Who is Anthony?
Grew up in the beautiful Calabria (Italy), moved overseas when I was about 18 years old. Worked in about 14 startups between Toronto, NYC, and San Francisco. Now founder of a small boutique digital marketing agency based in Toronto (ANM.digital) that deals with web design, app development, marketing (all that stuff). In the meantime I have also managed to travel to many, many places around the world for work and for pleasure. China, Japan, Bali, Cambodia, Thailand, Tanzania, Egypt, Algeria, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, ALL of Europe… and many more. Anyway, you get it. I LOVE to travel.
What is this Blog? What is Calabria.vip?
Calabria.vip is a travel guide, and a love letter. I don’t just “miss” the hot summers spent on a beach somewhere. I miss the culture, the sense of community that spans generations, and a sense of belonging that cannot be put into words.
So why did I start Calabria.vip? Because I want to share the intimate knowledge I have of the territory and culture with the world. There are not many Calabria centric blogs or online publications in English that showcase how incredible this Italian region is. I want to change that.
